Base on the 12 dimensions that I took,
am going to describe the following dimensions communication, expression, decision
making and relationship. First of all communication is how you communicate in your life and
it has two polarity direct and indirect, do you communicate directly or indirectly.
Then we have Expression that mean how is your reaction or feeling about something.
Its divided to two polarity conceal and revel, conceal mean you hide your
express and revel is get out your feeling. Decision making is the action to make
the best decision also it have two polarity rules which mean the decision will
follow the rules and relationship, involve the relation. Relationship is the
way in which two or more people or things are connected and it has two polarity
situation: is it develop in the situation or relationship.
Part 2:
Based on the questionnaire result I have learn that that in
the communication am more direct which can be quite good to be direct. Also for
the expression I found out that am in the middle which mean I revel and conceal.
For decision making I just find that am following the rules. In the
relationship I expect that sure that am universal and that what shows on result
with 4 rang.
Am not totally agree with the result am agree with the
relationship universal because everybody mention that to me. Also with the commutation
however in the expression it says that am in the middle which can be wrong because
everyone says that am revel also about decision making the result says that am
following the rules when I make my decision which 100% wrong because I con-ceder
relation.
Part 3:
I think the result will be different in 5 years’ time because
one stay the same this the life you don’t have any idea what going to come what
will affect your life. Let’s take life level for example the movement form student
to manager will affect your work environment and you will pass through new experiences
and
if do the test again the result will be different.
At this moment am satisfied with the result I want it to be
the same but now am student in the future I will be working and that jump will influence
the result because of work environment. I just want to be me.
